The story
Doctor Bahu follows a young doctor who marries into a family of doctors that expects her to shrink to fit their house. Over 35 episodes, she does the opposite of shrink, and the family learns exactly who it invited in.
Mehreen Jabbar directs Kubra Khan, Shuja Asad and Adeel Hussain through a season of precise family politics, and Sanam Mehdi Zaryab's script keeps the medicine real and the egos realer. The 2026 serial earned its 11.5 peak TRP the hard way: on merit.
