The story
Muamma is a psychological thriller built around a landlady who watches her tenants through hidden passages, collecting their secrets the way other people collect stamps. Control is her art form, until her own past walks back through the door.
Saba Qamar leads an ensemble that includes Usman Mukhtar, Ali Ansari and Shahzad Sheikh, with Imran Nazir's scripts and Shaqielle Khan's direction keeping the dread at a slow boil. A 6.7 peak TRP is remarkable for material this dark.
