The story
Ehd-e-Wafa means a promise kept, and the serial tests that idea across four friends who leave college for very different lives: the army, the family business, the newsroom, the world of politics. Their loyalty is the story, and the country keeps getting in the way.
Made with the ISPR and Hum TV, the coming-of-age drama captured the move from university to adulthood better than anything before it, with Ahad Raza Mir, Ahmed Ali Akbar, Osman Khalid Butt and Wahaj Ali becoming the definitive ensemble of their generation.
